Lap the Map for Diabetes Awareness
Members from Brisbane New Civitas, Brisbane Chinese, Brisbane Hellenic and Brisbane Moorooka joined together for a walk through the Mt Coo-tha Botanical Gardens to raise awareness for diabetes prevention.
